Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 843-543-0394.  If we can't resolve the issue, we will send a new item with a return label to send the defective item back to us.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item and want a refund, we will email you a return label.  Once the item is returned we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price.
