Great design poorly executed. The clock mechanism is loosely held in place and rotates while trying to set the clock dial. Had to wedge several pieces of foam material to prevent this from happening. Also, the clock does not hang plumb on the wall. Had to add a counter weight to the back of the clock so that it now hangs plumb. Also added rubber bumpers on the back to create friction between the wall and the back of the clock so it holds the clock plumb. All of these fixes could have been done by the fabricator to create a more finished and functional product given the cost $100 plus. Hope this helps the next person.
Dennis, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are absolutely right that the clock should not have left our shop with a loose mechanism or with an issue that prevented it from hanging properly, and we apologize.
We wish you had contacted us before having to make those adjustments yourself. Every clock we ship includes a card with our personal cell phone number specifically so that if there is ever a problem, we can take care of it immediately.
We stand behind everything we make, and we would still like the opportunity to make this right.
We’re a small family business, and while we’re not perfect, we take a great deal of pride in our work and in taking care of our customers. Thank you for the feedback.
Hope this helps the next person.
